Extended magazine release Vz858-SA58

This release lever is designed for faster and more comfortable mag releasing, using right index finger.

Works great even with gloves. It also makes mag changing easier for left-haded folks (if they prefer to do that the more traditional way, using off-hand). No gunsmitting needed to install, no modifications to the gun.
